Students coming in exchange (Erasmus or bilateral agreement)
Students coming for an exchange can benefit from a module of 40 to 50 hours of free French lessons, allowing the validation of the number of corresponding ECTS credits (4 to 6 credits).
Foreign students registered individually
The annual courses provided by the Department of Teaching French as a Foreign Language (DEFLE) are aimed at candidates who hold a foreign diploma giving access to the University in their country of origin (secondary school diploma + entrance examination if necessary in your country).
These courses are given over 26 weeks for the academic year (400 hours per year).
For the year 2021-2022, an application form must be completed online between Thursday 7 January and Monday 1 February 2021 inclusive, only by Internet.
(attention: limited places - places are not allocated in order of pre-registration on the site or arrival of the paper file - all files will be studied)
This procedure is mandatory (see DEFLE website).
► To participate in the selection, the application file (documents requested) must be sent to the DEFLE before Monday 1 March 2021, last deadline, to the address noted on the application form;
► Replies sent to candidates: during the month of May 2021 ;► Registration: during September 2021 ;
► Start of courses: mid-September 2021.

Students residing in a country with a Campus France procedure must apply in parallel on the Etudes en France website of their country (for example: www.algerie.campusfrance.org). For more information, visit www.campusfrance.org.
As an indication, for the current academic year, the registration fee for the DEFLE is 370 €. The CVEC must also be paid (the current rate is 92 €). These amounts are subject to change.
