  7. Effects of environmental, vehicle and human factors on comfort in partially automated driving: A scenario-based study

heavy rain and congested traffic. Interaction analyses showed that reducing the speed of the vehicle improved literature on the experience of humans as passengers in partially automated cars. The present study therefore investigated the influence of road type weather conditions traffic congestion level vehicle speed and human risk averse and mistrusting automation. These profiles were all influenced differently by the driving conditions automated car classified as Level 3 according to the Society of Automotive Engineers SAE . Participants Transportation Research Part F: Traffic Psychology and Behaviour Effects of environmental, vehicle and human factors on comfort in partially automated driving: A scenario-based

  8. Mental strategies and resting state EEG: Effect on high alpha amplitude modulation by neurofeedback in healthy young adults

effort and recalling memories were associated with higher high alpha amplitude. Furthermore the resting inclusion in NFB protocols. The present results also corroborate the interrelation with other frequency bands modulate their brain activity. Despite the self-regulatory nature of NFB the effectiveness of strategies used to verbally report the mental strategies used to enhance high alpha amplitude. The verbatim was then classified First we found that giving a list to the participants did not promote the ability to neuromodulate high alpha Mental strategies and resting state EEG: Effect on high alpha amplitude modulation by neurofeedback in

  10. More than agriculture: Analysing time-cumulative human impact on European land-cover of second half of the Holocene

natural state and contributes valuable insights to the onset of agriculture as the start of the Anthropocene climate model outputs. The climate model uses natural forcings only and therefore the computed vegetation influence. The discrepancies between the two datasets are attributed to human activity and quantified spatio-temporal evolution of the HPI agree with previously published data about the spread of agriculture in alterations on the land-cover. This challenges the hypothesis that vegetation in the Mid-Holocene was throughout the second half of the Holocene. Population estimates correlate with HPI and agree with previously High HPI values in the Mid-Holocene suggest significant impact of early agricultural and pre-agricultural impact on European land-cover of second half of the Holocene
