The 3rd year of the Bachelor of Pastry Arts programme is taught solely in English on the Taylor’s University campus in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Objectifs
It prepares students to manage patisseries, high-end shops and shops selling mass-produced goods (shopping centres, etc.).
